Many Non Traditional Legally Licensed International Universities of USA, Russia and EU have conferred upon Ralph J Thomas the "Professor Emeritus" and "Grand Doctorate" for his vision, concept, support, promotion and elevation of Work Orientated Professional & Vocational Educational Qualifications (WOPVEQ).  He may have not published books for public domain, but he has developed, published and implemented worthwhile practical concept manuals in offering Professional and Vocational Qualifications for mature working individuals internationally in enhancing their individual career prospects.  His Doctorate thesis was on Work Orientated Professional & Vocational Educational Qualifications (WOPVEQ).

He has prepared many manuals pertaining to Professional & Vocational Educational Qualifications and  Quality Management Standards among which are the manuals under the heading of "Quality Management Standards -QMS 5001- 2005", the Affirmation for Prior Experience & Learning (APEL), Accreditation for Career Progress Development (ACPD), Skill Assessments, Examiners and Assessors, Certification for Equivalency, Certification of Accomplishment Accomplishments and many more toward Professional Qualifications.. These manuals are not for the public domain and as such have not been published. Rather these manuals are for the exclusive reading of individuals and organisations which seek to and understand the concepts stated therein. He has dedicated his time and effort on this new mission since September 1996 and has been able to make it into a legitimate licensed institution in the year of March 2005 as a Non Profit Professional Educational Assessing organisation under the trading name of UK Commission for Consistent Learning (UK-CCL). He has also been involved in preparing the constitution, operation manuals for the UK-Commission for Consistent Learning (UK-CCL), the Corporation of Executives and Administrators (CEA) and European Continental University (ECU). He has master minded the official journals and other publications for CEA under the publication Journal title of  " ADMIN WORLD" with sub issues of  "ADMIN TIMES" with the British Library  Legal Deposit Office approved ISSN 1352-0091 in the year of October 1993.

Profile Synopsis

Majority Professionals accept that Prof. Ralph Thomas is a visionary true to the Biblical saying, "Where there is no vision, the people perish".

His passion for education is like an "'Olympic Torch" and undying. His inspiration is to develop Professional and Vocational Educational Qualification Standards (PVEQS) as a career evolution, incomparable in style and a revolution in the system of study plan with professional approach. As a self-made personality, Prof Ralph's roles were manifold, starting his life with seven long years of religious education. Thereafter he qualified in the field of Hospitality; in Business Management and the Accounting Profession.  As an Executive Management Accountant he held very Senior Management positions in the Hospitality Industry and his last job was working for a highly reputable Gentlemen's Club in the city of London "Boodles" which is more than 100 years old. Royal Peerage, Members of Parliament and the House of Lords as well as very Distinguished Professionals was members of this exclusive club. 

While working full time in well reputed British Hospitality organisations, he had the desire to get involved in the field of Further Higher Professional Education &Vocational Development. Being a quite intelligent, aspiring, forward thinking and having a world of experience behind him, he was able to start focus on his mission in the year of 1996 and was able to make it as reality since 2005.

He gained a wealth of experience in the field of Professional Education, Vocational Development and Management with his service in Welfare organisations, Church Charity organisations, Private Tutorial Institutions,  and served as Student Secretary, Honorary Secretary General of a well-known Professional Body, known as the Corporation of Executives and Administrators (C.E.A.) which has been given due recognition and included in British Qualifications as an attributed licensed Professional Organisation in Great Britain.  

During the period of seven or more years as the Secretary General and as a Senior Councillor, he was able to implement the current Educational Syllabus for the Faculty of Business Administrators & Faculty of Executive Secretaries of the C.E.A.  He was the sole instrument in re-designing the current logo and choosing the design for the current Certificate, and responsible for publishing the first Official Publication known as " ADMIN WORLD "and  " ADMIN TIMES " and he was also able to obtain from the British Library, the International Standard Serial Number of ISSN-1352-0091 in the year of October 1993.

He designed the special Graduation Gowns from UK's leading gown makers, Ede and Ravenscroft Ltd and also designed the Graduation Medals which were made by Spink & Son Ltd, both of which are exclusive companies holding the Royal Appointment to Her Majesty, the Queen.  This has greatly enhanced the image of the Faculty of Business Administrators and the C.E.A. in turn. CEA were officially launched by way of the Graduations Award Ceremonies, which took place in prestigious venues such as the Institute of Biology and the Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, University of London.  This ceremony has become an annual event for the Faculty of Business Administrators.

He was instrumental in developing, writing and implementing the "Working Persons Professional Degree Qualification (WPPDQ)" in the year of 2000 in conjunction with said Professional Body.. He proudly state that his vision of WPPDQ scheme is continued and accepted in many counties as an alternative qualification for matured working professionals..

On the 20th day of September in the 49^th Year of the reign of Queen Elizabeth II and in the Year of our Lord 2000, in witness whereof the Seal of the Office of Chamberlain Peter Derrick, Esquire and Mayor Royalty Clive Gaydn Martin, Esquire OBE. TD. DL. of the City of London, Prof. Ralph J Thomas was admitted into the FREEDOM OF THE CITY OF LONDON.

He was permitted by the said Chamberlain to pen his signature in the Book of Declaration, with the reference L5 in honour for the work he had contributed in the field of Professional Further Higher Education at a special individual ceremony at the Chamberlain's Court (Guildhall).  It is the highest honour the Corporation of London (local authority for the City of London) can bestow.  It is an honour to say that his signature in the Book of Declaration is among signatures of renowned people such as Winston Churchill, Nehru, Margaret Thatcher, Nelson Mandela and many members of the Royal Family and very special distinguished guests from various part of the world. 

In the Year of 2007 September Prof. Ralph Thomas was conferred the Highest Award of  the Commonwealth of Kentucky-USA that of" KENTUCKY COLONEL" by the Governor and the Secretary of State of Kentucky in recognition of noteworthy accomplishments and outstanding services to a community, state or the nation. This was in recognition for his tireless contribution towards the development and recognition for Professional /Vocational Qualifications and Quality Management Standards.

Pastor Hurdis Bozeman, Ph.D,Int. PhD, Grand PhD, Prof.

Pastor Hurdis Bozeman is the sixth child of Brother Robert Shuford and Rev. Cora Shuford of Wetumpka, Alabama. The Shuford family was blessed with six girls and five boys. Our Savior and Lord have ordained six of the children to carry the Gospel of Jesus Christ to nations.

Hurdis has a very unique, but anointed, name. To some it means both wise and delightful. She is a 1972 graduate of Wetumpka High School, Wetumpka, Alabama and completed advanced studies in cosmetology at J. P. Tech, in Montgomery, Alabama.

Our God blessed Hurdis to receive her teacher certification from Auburn University, Auburn, Alabama. She continued her studies in vocational education at Athens State College, Athens, Alabama.

Hurdis served the Macon County Public Systems and Alabama Vocational Education Department for many years. Moreover, she was awarded several awards, medals, and honors. In 1995 she was listed in Who's Who among America High School Teachers. Hurdis believes that the greatest awards given to her is salvation and God choosing her as a preacher. The Best is yet to come!

She was called to preach in 1984 at the Good Hope M. B. Church, Wetumpka, Alabama. She is the first black licensed and ordained Pastor to The National Baptist Church Inc. in the area. Moreover, Hurdis served The Elmore Rehoboth District Association as a Missionary for fourteen years. In June of 1999 God chose her to serve as Interim Pastor of Good Hope, She served  the twice for this church, she also served Oak Grove M. B. Church for six months during the illness of her father in ministry.

The Lord sent Pastor Hurdis Bozeman as a member in 1972 to Good Hope M. B. Church, and in January 2000 He gave her the position as Pastor, to His People.

She has done religious studies from Liberty Home Bible Institute, Global Evangelical Christian College and Seminary, (GECCS), Montgomery, Alabama, Bachelor of Arts and Master of Divinity.

In 2003, God blessed Hurdis to receive a Doctor of Ministry Degree from Summit University, New Orleans, LA. Jesus has been faithful and loving to her and she thanks Him everyday. She is the wife of Bishop, Dr. Frank T. Bozeman, Founder/CEO of GECCS and Global Word Fellowship, Montgomery, Alabama. She serves as President of these organizations. Their daughters are:

Prophetess Colenthia Wright (David) and Sister Tammy Pearson, two sons, T J and Zack, and five grandchildren, Kendrick, Dominique, Jeremia, Destiny and Kendra.

Pastor Bozeman has a prophetic ministry and is a part of the remnant God has called for the end-time harvest. She is the author of the book entitled "Lord Why Me", and the soon to come best seller entitled Lord Why Not Me. Her motto is "Lord I am available, use me."

Academician Professor Emeritus Dr. Deric Bircham was the fourth son of Stanley Ernest and Rita Muriel Bircham (both now deceased) born in Wellington, New Zealand.
